It is our goal to provide upkeep and maintenance to the water and wastewater systems, so we can provide overall superior quality services. Disconnects and Late Fees for Delinquent Water and Sewer Accounts due to COVID-19

Due to the effects of COVID-19, an extended deadline has been granted for those who need additional time to pay their utility bills. 

Disconnects and late fees for delinquent Water and Sewer accounts will be phased in per the schedule below.  

Note:  The City of Fate is not a regulated water utility by the Texas PUC (Public Utility Commission).  Historically summer consumption and bills rise significantly, this phased approach is to allow customers to catch up before then.

North Texas Municipal Water District
The North Texas Municipal Water District provides treated water to the City of Fate for distribution to its residents and businesses.
