Responsibilities


The Finance Department is committed to providing timely, accurate, clear, and complete information, and supports other City departments, citizens, and the community at large while protecting City assets, both real and intangible, and ensuring City's compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and Governmental Accounting Standards Board.  The Finance Department is responsible for the management and direction of Finance which includes:

  • Audit
  • Budget
  • Purchasing
  • Tax
  • Treasury Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Financial Planning
  • Debt Management
  • Utility Billing
  • Municipal Court
